Rating Inquiry

A question or a correction about a rating? We want to hear it.

A clear, free channel to correct, ask about or review a rating.

Every EUSEC rating — including the non-intrusive Outside Rating, which is issued without a supplier's involvement — can be corrected or reviewed on request. Flagging a factual error, asking a question or objecting to a score is always free and takes only the detail the matter needs.

You can use the short form below, or simply email dispute@eusec.net — a plain email is enough. Prefer to share praise or an idea? There's a separate, lighter channel for that.

Good to know
  • Corrections, questions and objections are free. The analyst session is optional.
  • No account needed. A short form or a plain email to dispute@eusec.net both work.
  • Exercising a GDPR right? An informal email is enough — see the panel below.
  • We acknowledge every inquiry within 48 hours.
Step 01 — Choose your channel

What brings you here today?

Raising a question, correcting an error or objecting to a rating is always free. The analyst session further down (Option 2, €750) is an optional consulting add-on for a methodology deep-dive — it is never a condition for being heard, or for having a rating corrected.

Step 02 — Choose the level of support

Start with a free written inquiry. Add an analyst only if you want one.

Nearly everything — corrections, questions, objections and evidence — is fully handled in writing at no charge. A live session is worth booking only once you know exactly which methodology points you'd like to walk through.

Free Option 1 — recommended

Written Inquiry

Correct a factual error in under a minute, or make a detailed, reasoned case with up to 15 precise questions. You receive a written response either way — at no cost.

  • Factual corrections, objections, remediation evidence, methodology questions
  • Written determination, with a re-scan where warranted
€750 · 60 min Option 2 — optional add-on

Analyst Session

A one-hour web conference with a rating analyst who walks you through our methodology, what drives your score most, and where to focus. A recording and notes are provided afterward.

  • Best for understanding scoring principles and priorities
  • Questions like “what do you expect for an A-tier posture?”

Entirely optional. €750 per 60-minute session. Submitting the form below sends a booking request only — we confirm scheduling and issue an invoice before any charge, and you can cancel at no cost until then. You never need this session to correct an error or be heard.

Step 03 — Tell us what you need

Your inquiry.

Give only the detail your matter needs — a quick correction asks very little; a detailed review lets you set out your reasoning in full. The information helps us locate the exact rating and respond precisely. Everything is handled under our Privacy Policy.

How much detail do you need?

Quick correction: something is factually wrong (wrong company, domain, IP or ownership) and you just want it fixed. Minimal detail, no formalities.

A · Who is submitting
B · Which rating this concerns
C · What is factually wrong

We don't accept file uploads — for your security and ours. Please paste a link to a secure, time-limited share (for example a password-protected download) rather than attaching files. During the review we can agree a secure channel for any further documents. Never send secrets, credentials or personal data of third parties.

How we use this. We process the information you provide solely to handle your request and to keep a secure, timestamped record of it and our response — for quality and in case of any later dispute. The legal basis is our legitimate interest and, where applicable, a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(f) and (c) GDPR); we do not sell your data. You can exercise your data-protection rights at any time (see below). Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

On submit, your inquiry is stored to a secure log before anything is emailed, so it can never be lost. You'll receive a copy and a reference number by email.

Your data protection rights

Exercising a GDPR right? You don't need this form.

If your request concerns your rights under the GDPR — access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), objection (Art. 21), or your rights regarding automated decision-making (Art. 22) — a plain, informal email is enough. There is no charge, and we respond within one month.

Email dispute@eusec.net, or use the data-protection contact in our Privacy Policy. You may also raise these matters through the form above — whichever is easier for you.

Understand the rating first

Many questions are answered before you ever file one.
